Built by a small business that needed a better system
Oleera is made by McKinney Creative Ventures, a marketing technology firm in Woodbury, Minnesota, working with local service businesses across the Twin Cities east metro, the St. Croix valley and western Wisconsin.
Oleera started with a problem that was easiest to see in the trades. A client would run one platform for marketing and another for field operations, and the two would not talk. Every month we would export from one, paste into the other, and hand back a report that counted leads because neither system could reliably connect the source to collected revenue.
The deeper problem was not limited to field work. Small businesses and solopreneurs were also stitching together a CRM, email tools, proposals, invoicing, payments, automation, and reports, then doing the handoffs themselves. Those functions became Oleera Core. The dispatch and job layer became Complete, available for the businesses that need it without defining the ones that do not.
MCV is the first business running on Oleera. Our own customers, our own proposals, our own invoices, our own money. Everything on this site is something we use on a Tuesday, not a roadmap item with a screenshot.
How we build it
Say what is not there. The product page on this site has a list of what Oleera does not do yet. That list costs us nothing and it is the only reason to believe the rest of the page.
The AI proposes, you decide. It would have been faster to let the agent write to the database directly, and everybody else does. We took the slower path because software you have to watch is not software that helps you.
Your accounts stay yours. Your Stripe, your sending domain, your phone number. If you ever leave, you are not untangling your business from ours, and your customers never receive mail from a company they have never heard of.
Start directly or ask for help. A business can begin with a seven day trial on its own. If moving data or choosing the right plan deserves a conversation first, that path stays open too.
What it will not become
Oleera is not a lighter version of enterprise software and it is not a pile of unrelated products behind one login. New capability has to make the shared customer, revenue, and operating record more useful.
We are not building funnels, websites, courses or a loyalty program. Plenty of platforms will sell you all four. None of them will tell you whether the work they generated became collected revenue.
